What We Do

4. The administration staff is weighed down with reporting out of date information from a system that was fine when volumes were low. Previously, manual reworking was feasible given these low volumes, but the same reworking (ie export to XL) now leaves no time for standard housekeeping.
5. Operational staffs are constantly changing manufacturing / fulfilment / distribution schedules and this reworking is a manual process. Again this was feasible before volumes increased, and no one stopped to think if it made sense to promise to deliver the same ultimate flexibility to customers within the current processes.
