At Genesys, development time is split equally between building and testing. Every development cycle begins with a functional model document. This is a plain English summary of what it is you are trying to achieve as you embark on software development. It is the reference document you will use to steer the overall development process. We understand that development cycles have to be flexible to allow late modifications, discovery of extra functionality needs, or just plain simple “wouldn’t it be nice if we could do this” scenarios.

From the functional model document, we prepare our development and testing specifications. Throughout the development process we build in as much future proofing as can be identified and you are included throughout so that you can influence and retain ownership of the final module.

All interim releases are delivered to you with the stability to allow meaningful factory and scenario acceptance testing to be performed. Your involvement in this test process is vital.

Final releases are delivered with a Software Acceptance Agreement which references your original Functional Model Document.
