Covering issues such as data transfer, development, proofing, testing and go-live – timing and client requirements – our full Scope of Work document will be managed by an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager. They will guide the team through the process and ensure that you are kept informed of progress at all times. They will become experts in your business requirements and will remain a dedicated Genesys resource for the customer for any future works. Additionally they will become your "Single Point of Contact" which means when you log a support query through GenAssist they will be notified immediately.
