Genesys gives each customer the ability to log their own support issues via our website, a consultant or developer is then assigned to the problem to solve it.
Genesys does not use support as a training tool for its employees, instead customers get to deal with an experienced consultant with a knowledge of the customers business and background. Where possible Genesys will assign the consultant that initially implemented that product. In any case, your lead consultant is always in the loop from the start and working to solve your issue thanks to automatic SMS text generation direct from GenAssist.
The net effect is that, when required, an issue gets the benefit of the combined experience of our entire organisation to achieve a resolution… we call this “single point of contact”... not just a single person manning the support desk on that particular day.
