About the Chislers’ Fund Genesys created the Chislers’ fund in 2004. At the start of each year, we choose one of the following options: 1. Donate 2.5% of our net profit. 2. Donate 1% of our turnover. 3. Give 5% of our employee’s time to a charitable cause. We encourage other organisations in our IT industry to adopt a similar scheme. Each deciding on their own level of participation, and on who their beneficiary will be. The Chislers’ fund supports organisations dedicated to helping children. Last year Genesys supported the Chernobyl Children’s Project, and our donation was specifically earmarked to assist sufferers of Chernobyl Heart. |
