Job Title / Industry: IT Manager / Consumer product direct marketing
Critical Issue: Integration to Bespoke front office system
Reasons: All sales were recorded in an in-house developed telesales system. These sales needed to be co-incidentally recorded in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Additionally, sales staff needed visibility on stock levels.
Capabilities Needed:
  • Create a sales order in GP as the order is being recorded in the front office system
  • Create a customer account automatically in GP
  • Create a payment schedule in GP detailing when scheduled payments come due.
  • Record Credit Card / Bank Direct Debit details
  • Create Credit Card / Direct Debit export files for transmission to banks.
What we provided:
  • Real time processing the above utilising eConnect, SQL and Dexterity developments.
  • Real time stock levels and pricing available to telesales staff while they are taking orders.
Result:
  • Elimination of user intervention in cash collection and invoice matching.
  • Increased efficiency in inventory purchasing due to the ability to closely manage the fulfilment of sales orders.
