Genesys Business Solutions welcomes the Microsoft Dynamics GP customers of former competitor Halcyon Systems, now in liquidation. Our focus now is to support these customers following this transition and start to build lasting relationships as we do with all of our customers. To keep continuity, Genesys welcomes Olan Malone (Formerly Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant with Halcyon Systems) to the team. Part of Olan's brief will be to directly support and manage the service requirements of these organisations.
