Genesys Financial Systems today launch an updated corporate presence on the world wide web. Initially a marketing tool, the site has grown to become a business partners’ first point of daily contact. This process started with a customer centric area including an automated help desk. Other areas planned include “Point of Contact” for internal Genesys use, and an area dedicated to suppliers.
James McGarvey, Managing Director, who oversaw the initial development and rollout, believes the site will become a powerful tool in attaining our goals of realistically excellent service levels, and leveraging and channeling our combined knowledge into the customers point of contact.
